We finished our retreat with a moment of reflection and these words from Timothy, which Pope Francis shared in his encyclical,
“Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith.”
And that is certainly what this team of children has done this week 💙💛

🍰 SOLD OUT! 🍰
Wow! We were absolutely overwhelmed by the support for our Year 2 Cake Sale today. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our school community, every single cake had sold out by break time!
A huge thank you to all of our Year 2 families for their wonderful cake donations and to everyone who purchased a treat. Your support will help us raise money for Missio and make a difference to communities around the world.

Good morning from the castle! It was a very peaceful night with lots of sleep. Most of the children (and teachers!) needed waking this morning. Now the small task of packing, tidying, stuffing sleeping bags in those tiny little bags 🙈 applying sun cream, breakfast AND one final activity before we leave. A busy morning!
